 Dear Sir, 

I am a student of class 10 of your school, applying as I am presently in housing crisis. My father is a government officer. He was transferred from Feni to Chittagong last month.Our whole family will move to Chittagong soon. I want to appear in the SSC exam from your school in this year.Now,it’s is difficult for me to stay here alone. One the other side, I don't have any relatives to stay here. So, I need a seat to stay in the school dormitory so that I can continue my study here. 

Therefore, I pray and hope that you will be kind enough to me and oblige by arranging a seat in the school.

  আমি আপনার স্কুলের ১০ম শ্রেণীর একজন ছাত্র, আমি বর্তমানে আবাসন সংকটে আছি বলে আবেদন করছি।  আমার বাবা একজন সরকারি কর্মকর্তা।  গত মাসে তাকে ফেনী থেকে চট্টগ্রামে বদলি করা হয়েছে। আমাদের পুরো পরিবার শীঘ্রই চট্টগ্রামে চলে যাবে।  আমি এই বছরে আপনার স্কুল থেকে এসএসসি পরীক্ষা দিতে চাই। এখন এখানে একা থাকা আমার পক্ষে কঠিন। অন্যদিকে, আমার এখানে থাকার জন্য কোনো আত্মীয় নেই।  তাই, স্কুলের ছাত্রাবাসে থাকার জন্য আমার একটি আসন দরকার যাতে আমি এখানে আমার পড়াশোনা চালিয়ে যেতে পারি।

  অতএব, আমি প্রার্থনা করি এবং আশা করি যে আপনি আমার প্রতি যথেষ্ট সদয় হবেন এবং বিদ্যালয়ের ছাত্রাবাসে একটি আসনের ব্যবস্থা করে বাধিত করবেন।
